1. The service
Nexoora is a free platform that aggregates remote-only job listings from public sources and lets you upload a resume and apply to roles. We are a job board — we are not the employer, we do not make hiring decisions, and we do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, or that you will receive a response.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a legally binding contract and to work in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or not your own.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or experience.
- Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform or its providers.
- Use Nexoora to send spam or to collect other users’ data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your resume, profile, and application content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service — for example, to attach your resume to an application you send. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.
5. Third-party listings and links
Job listings and their original postings come from third parties (Remotive, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow, and the employers themselves). We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or hiring processes. Applying on an external site is subject to that site’s own terms.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Listings depend on external APIs that may change or go offline, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexoora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any listing, or the outcome of any application.
8. Termination
You may stop using Nexoora and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
